4. Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicle Condition: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a suitable condition for the chosen service. This includes removing loose items from the vehicle interior if interior detailing is requested.
- Valuables: Cog & Suds is not responsible for any valuables left inside your vehicle. Please remove all personal belongings and valuables before any service is performed.
- Following Instructions: Customers must follow all safety instructions and guidance provided by Cog & Suds staff, especially when using automatic car wash facilities.
5. Payment and Pricing
All service prices are displayed at our premises and, where applicable, on our online platform. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the point of sale. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any changes will be reflected before service commencement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cog & Suds takes all reasonable care in providing its services.
